Rental Information

 

Payment

initial rental deposit: Fifty percent (50%) of the total rental amount (rent + tax), is due at the time the rental agreement is signed.

balance of the rental payment: The fifty percent (50%) balance (rent + tax) of the rental payment, is due at the beginning of the rental term.

security deposit: A refundable security deposit (check or cash) is due at the beginning of the rental term.  The security deposit is completely refundable at the end of the rental term, assuming no damage to the house and/or property, compliance with all rules and regulations of the property, and no excessive final cleaning (in excess of $60.).

method of payment: Our preferred method of payment is by either check (personal, business, or cashier's), or money order.  If you would like to pay the rental amount using a PayPal account, or credit card, there is an additional three and a half percent (3.5%) administrative fee - charged by PayPal.


Parking

We have two (2) off-street parking spaces for the Main House - accessible from Angela Street.  In addition, there is on-street parking on both sides of Thomas St, but if you park on Thomas St., be sure not to park in a space identified as "RESIDENTIAL", or you may get a parking ticket.  (Park in a space that does not have writing contained within  the space - undesignated.)

There is a space located approximately at the middle of the white picket fence along Thomas St., in front of the property.  There is a sign on the fence asking people not to park in front of/ block the driveway, or they may be towed – you may park in that space assuming it is available.

Pets

Pets are allowed, assuming they are friendly, have all of their required shots, and are on a flea and tick preventative ( Frontline and/or Advantage).  We do require a pet security deposit, which is 100% refundable at the end of the rental term, assuming no damage.
